Super Seer offers
a 30-day return policy to all of our customers. Please see our complete
return policy below for details. If you need to return a product that
isn't what you wanted, doesn't work for you, or was ordered incorrectly,
our returns specialists will be happy to help you. Please call or e-mail
our Returns Department. We will assist you with the details of packaging
and shipping your merchandise for exchange or return credit. Some limitations
and restrictions apply.
Return Policy
These policies
supersede policies appearing on all other Super Seer literature.
All defective products will be accepted directly by Super Seer for credit,
exchange or repair, at Super Seer's discretion, within 30 days of the
invoice date.
Before returning any product, you must contact
our Returns Department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
contacting us. Please have the following information on hand when calling:
customer name, invoice number, product ID number
and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice.
All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15%
restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that
your product has to be serviced or returned. All products to be returned
must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100 percent complete,
in resalable condition, and must include original packing material,
and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Super Seer reserves
the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice
date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued
toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
